Neodymium magnets contain both sintered and bonded two forms. Sintered NdFeB offers the most advanced magnetic properties while the bonded NdFeB offers lower energy properties. Both of them could be made into various shapes and sizes.
Why we often choose the sintered NdFeB magnet?
1. Chemical constitution:Neodymium-Iron-Boron;
Neodymium magnet is hard, brittle and is easy to rust on the surface.
2. Magnetic properties:
High coercive force, the max operation temp is up to 200 degree centigrade or 380 curie temperature;
3. Grades:
35-N52,33M-48M,33H-48H,30SH-45SH,30UH-38UH and 30EH-35EH;
4. Coatings:
Ni, Zn, gold, Ni-Cu-Ni, copper, epoxy, chemical, parylene and so on;
5. Applications:
Widely used in various fields, such as sensors, motors, rotors, wind generators, speakers, magnetic hooks, magnetic holder, magnetic filters, automobiles and so on.
